Noventiq is looking for a Junior AWS Business Development Manager!
Are you eager to begin your career in cloud services and learn how to contribute to the expansion of our AWS services across the Netherlands? We're seeking a motivated Junior BDM to support strategic initiatives, help cultivate important relationships, and participate in driving engagements within the region. You'll assist in executing AWS CoE targets while learning from experienced team members and gradually taking on more responsibility to contribute to our revenue growth.

Your impact on the mission
- Driving revenue through assigned territory & verticals with coaching of senior team members
- Help build relationships with SMB and Enterprise accounts with guidance from experienced colleagues
- Learn to identify and qualify basic opportunities while working with presales & solution architects' teams to understand proposal development
- Support the broader Sales, Pre-sales, Solution Architects, and Marketing teams in executing sales strategies and campaigns
- Present our company vision, mission, values, and solutions with coaching, while learning effective customer communication techniques
- Develop foundational knowledge in Cloud Migration, DevOps, Data, AI, Hybrid Cloud, Microservices and related areas
- Shadow experienced team members to learn Solution Sales, Account Management, and Territory/Account Planning practices
- Contribute to new & incremental cloud consumption revenue sales
- Collaborate with senior team members and AWS accounts team to understand how to identify and evaluate new opportunities in targeted accounts & verticals
- Support the marketing team in organizing roundtables & executing go-to-market motions and campaigns
What you’ll bring to the table – about you
- 2+ years of client-facing experience, preferably related to technology or cloud solutions
- Interest in and basic knowledge of AWS Cloud solutions (experience is a plus but not required)
- Affinity with sales and customer contact
- Initial experience with or motivation for new business development and/or account management
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to develop sales skills and processes
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new cloud capabilities and emerging technologies
- Fluent in English and Dutch (speaking & writing)
- Willingness to obtain AWS certifications (existing certifications are a plus)
- Knowledge of other hypervisors is a plus
