Flexera Completes Acquisition of Spot from NetApp
Flexera has announced the successful acquisition of Spot from NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP), a move that that significantly enhances its capabilities in the cloud cost management space. This acquisition marks a significant step in Flexera’s strategy to provide comprehensive solutions that address increasing challenges related to cloud cost management - particularly with the rising demand for AI.
With this addition, Flexera is expanding its Cloud Financial Management offering into a full suite of AI-powered FinOps technologies.
