Noventiq Northern Europe successfully passes second surveillance audit for ISO/IEC 19770-1 certification
April 2025 – Noventiq Northern Europe has successfully passed its second surveillance audit for the ISO/IEC 19770-1 certification, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing commitment to excellence in IT Asset Management (ITAM).
This latest success confirms the continued strength and maturity of Noventiq Northern Europe’s ITAM practices, which were first internationally recognized in 2023 when the company became the first to certify under ISO/IEC 19770-1:2017 – the global standard for ITAM. The certification, conducted by Brand Compliance, makes Noventiq one of the organisations worldwide to achieve this level of recognition.
The April 2025 surveillance audit is part of the regular certification lifecycle, which includes initial certification followed by two annual surveillance audits to verify continued compliance. With the second surveillance audit now complete, Noventiq is confidently progressing into the final year of the current certification cycle and gearing up for full recertification in 2026.
Ash Dharas, Program Manager for ITAM at Noventiq Northern Europe, reflected on the journey so far: “The 2nd surveillance audit allowed us to see whether the system we put in place two years ago still works. For us it was important to see what this surveillance would bring, as we changed some of our processes, changed some of our resources around over the course of the year. So receiving another thumbs up means the we are consistently remaining compliant with the ISO requirements. It’s also important to understand that ITAM is a journey and you will always find better and more mature ways of doing things as your program evolves."
