Cost Savings Through SAM Managed Services

A large governmental organization with 24,000 users. They rely heavily on IT services, with most of their IT infrastructure being managed through service providers. The organization’s C-level management requested the SAM team to identify and report potential cost savings of at least €1 million annually. As their strategic partner for SAM / ITAM, Noventiq was tasked with providing regular cost savings reports based on comprehensive SAM managed service activities.

The primary challenge was to identify and validate substantial cost savings while working within an outsourced IT service environment.
