Noventiq Northern Europe (formerly known as Softline Group Northern Europe, acquired per December 2020) is part of Noventiq, a leading global solutions and services provider in Digital Transformation and Cyber Security. Noventiq is headquartered in London and enables, facilitates and accelerates digital transformation for its customers’ businesses. Connecting 80,000+ organizations from all sectors with hundreds of best-in-class global IT vendors, alongside its own services and solutions.

This global-local synergy is evident in Noventiq's extensive knowledge and robust capabilities in Managed and Project Services, spanning critical areas such as IT Asset Management, Application Modernization, Cloud Transformation and Management, FinOps, and Cyber Security.
The company’s rapid growth is underpinned by its three-dimensional strategy to expand its market penetration, product portfolio, and sales channels. This is supported by an active approach to M&A, positioning Noventiq to capitalize on the industry’s ongoing consolidation. With around 6,400 employees globally, Noventiq operates in approximately 60 countries with significant growth potential in multiple regions including Latin America, EMEA, and APAC – with a notable presence in India.
In May 2023, Noventiq announced its intent to list on Nasdaq through a proposed business combination with Corner Growth Acquisition Corp.
Noventiq Holdings PLC is not commercially active in Germany. All services in Germany are provided under the Softline Group brand.
