Softline Group wins record order worth 16.5 Million Euros

Leipzig, March 12th 2020 – The Softline Group, an international IT consulting company focusing on Software Asset Management (SAM), Information- and IT-security, Cloud and Future Data Center as well as Digital Workplace receives with 16.5 million Euros the largest order entry in its ten-year history.

A leading international group has commissioned Softline and a partner service provider to manage part of its on-premise cloud infrastructure. Softline's IT-experts have been supporting the Group since 2010 in various areas, such as IT security, Software Asset Management, as well as in the design, implementation and operation of cloud solutions.

“The won 'full managed service' order is the first of this kind at Softline and reflects the high level of customer satisfaction and the trust that has grown over the years. We have been commissioned with the full managed service of the on-premise cloud environment for desktop and application virtualization for at least three years”, say Regina Richter, Senior Key Account Manager and Alexander Schumann, Director Consulting at Softline Solutions GmbH. "In the future, we will provide a 24/7 service desk together with a partner service provider, a kind of" all-round service ", managed by a service delivery organisation, accompanied by a project planning and reporting and around 15 IT-consultants for the provision of services. As part of the tender, we were able to prevail against well-known competitors”, adds Schumann.
