Scania is a major Swedish manufacturer of commercial vehicles, employing 59,000 people in over 100 countries. It was using Flexera FlexNet Manager Suite for ITAM and LeanIX EAM with over 5,000 users. They struggled with maintaining accurate and timely updates to their technical architecture documentation, resulting in labour-intensive processes and delayed information updates.
